CBS Sports Digital is a leading Premium Content Brand within the CBS Interactive portfolio. Known for excellence in high-quality journalism, CBS Sports Digital is committed to rapid dissemination of accurate and relevant sports news across a variety of platforms, including Mobile, Desktop, Social, and OTT. Lead, inspire, motivate and coordinate the creative team to deliver on-air promotions, design, graphics, etc.
Set the strategic direction when it comes to the visual identity, under the guidance of the Senior Director, Programming and Content Integration.
Manage all planning and development phases, overseeing and coordinating the creative staff and external vendors (Elevation...).
Liaise with content and show producers to best meet their needs and contribute to making the shows both entertaining and professional / visually polished.
Liaise with CBS & CBS Sports to deliver elements for CBS Sports HQ (Promos, Slate Promos, Railbox Promos etc..).
Ensure overall cohesion in the execution of on-air graphics and branding, ensuring all deliverables are in conformity with a clear style guide.
Position reports to the Senior Director, Programming and Content Integration.
Coordinating with CBS Sports Promos/ Railbox/ Slates/ SportsLine
Designing and Coordinating Railbox panels with SMT
Designing visual elements for CBS Sports HQ and working with the Graphics team and
3rd party companies for On-air
What you bring to the team:
Must have a minimum of 10yrs work experience in Cable, Broadcast or Digital.
Substantial knowledge of the competitive landscape for interactive and traditional media in Sports especially as it relates to network TV.
Ability to work in an intense, high pressure, fast-changing environment.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced media environment, and to collaborate productively and efficiently with editorial, technical and producer teams.
