About the Job

The Producer is the main support for our creative team in developing photography and videography for our growing brand portfolio run out of our Seattle office. In this flexible role, you'll own all aspects of producer tasks as they pertain to our photography and videography process while supporting the creative team. You will also manage the photo studio located in our Belltown office. You will work closely with the creative designers, digital managers, category managers, and third-party vendors.

We're looking for someone who is well-organized and good at handling multiple tasks/projects on an ongoing basis. Paying close attention to details, ability to creatively solve problems and express yourself clearly are vital for this integral support role.

Essential Job Functions:

• Accountable for the organization and management of Digital Creative photo shoots, from briefing to final delivery of assets.

• Responsible for coordinating and communicating all aspects of each shoot. Each shoot will vary in scope and budget and since there are 3+ brands, there may be a need to run more than 1 shoot at a time. Scope, schedule, and track projects and ensure delivery timelines are met.

• Act as the primary point of contact for the creative team and vendors. :

• fulfilling resourcing requests for upcoming shoots and coordination of vendors (food stylists, photographers, videographers, grip, etc)

• Organize crew assignments for productions, set schedules, develop call sheets, and assign crew positions to ensure the quality of the production.

• Tracking invoices/expenses

• Secure necessary locations, talent, insurance, permits, props and product needs

• Manage production calendar/schedule.

• Assist on set in our studio and on location shoots.

• Support improvements to teams' workflows and tools to improve quality and streamline efficiencies across brands.

• Manage photo studio including props and equipment.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in photo and video production.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• General camera, lighting, and audio knowledge.

• Knowledge of production and post-production workflows.

• Knowledge and understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Asana.

• Excellent, clear, and concise verbal and written communication.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong ability to prioritize urgent tasks.

• Associate's level degree, specialized license or equivalent work experience

• Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Prolonged periods of standing.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
