Location: Denver, CO

We are looking for an experienced Producer who is passionate about building teams and products through day-to-day facilitation and organization of team collaboration.

This position is located at our Denver studio. Must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of development from concept to completion

  • Establish development priorities and milestones on a per project basis

  • Lead internal resources to meet production schedules and maintain a coherent creative vision throughout the development life cycle

  • Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with a variety of external partner groups

  • Seek to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of team member activity

  • Deliver results despite circumstance while empowering a can-do attitude across the team

Required Qualities

  • Experience on at least two game projects and/or five (5) years relevant production experience

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), time and project management skills

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project

  • Experience operating in a Scrum development environment

  • Experience operating in a games-as-service team environment

  • Ability to mentor other team members with a solution-driven attitude

  • Proven ability to manage and communicate with all development disciplines

  • A passion for games of all types

Pluses

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Technical aptitude with project management software

  • Production experience with mobile development

  • Public and P.R. communication experience

  • Passion for TCG's
