Lead the procurement team where you will ensure all performance metrics are being met within required time frames under conformity to the applicable internal controls and compliance requirements. You will be responsible to train, coach, and mentor individuals.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Represent procurement at the HOS (Honeywell Operating System) tier meetings.

  • Oversee site supplier metrics

  • First level escalation for supplier issues

  • Manage supplier transitions

  • Bachelors Degree


  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication/relationship s

  • Supply Chain, Business or Procurement experience

  • Negotiation and influencing skill

  • Working knowledge on SAP system

  • Strong PC skills and experience with Microsoft products

  • Basic Knowledge of accounting principles

  • Improvement and results oriented mindset

  • Team management experience

The incumbent will oversee all the daily tasks and operations of the two foundations including donor agreements, daily recording of donations, event management, proper database management, and all other aspects to provide support/leadership for the Foundations. The incumbent will maintain effective and efficient office operations and donor service for all users of the Foundations. The incumbent will insure all Foundation donors and students receive the highest level of service from all forms of communication. Along with these duties, this position will be dealing with confidential information and maintaining a database with accurate information as well as maintaining effective and efficient office operations and client service for all users of the Anoka Ramsey Foundations.
