Procurement Specialist

The Procurement Specialist role is responsible for ensuring automated ordering processes are functioning and for resolving exceptions that fall outside of the process. Through collaborating with colleagues, this role is responsible for ensuring the products/services being requested are ordered, acknowledged by the supplier, received, invoiced, and paid. Being successful in this position requires the relentless pursuit for efficiency, the ability to recognize and respond to trends, and the customer service skills that will empower, not enable, customers.

Schedule

• Full-time position | 80 hours every two weeks

• Days | Monday

• Friday 8 a.m.

• 5 p.m.

• This is primarily a Work from Home position with required in office time for training and occasional meetings.

Pay and Benefits

• $19.66 or more per hour, pay determined by experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2 years of supply chain experience, preferably in healthcare.

• AA/AS in business management or related field is preferred.

• Must be computer savvy with intermediate competency working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc).

• Strong critical thinker with attention to detail, and strong organizational, mathematical, customer service, and communication skills.
