Job Description:
This position is responsible for governance and implementation of professional services labor requests within dedicated business units or labor categories.
The role acts as an internal consultant to business unit leadership to identify, define, scope and implement professional services engagements to meet business needs.
Additionally, this role is responsible for governance activities related to managing professional services suppliers and labor models including contract management, third party risk management, and supplier performance management.
Model management and control Ensure documented and efficient operating model related to resource requests, changes, and reductions.
Collaborate with line of business finance, and business units to control resource requests while aligning to budgets and project plans.
Third party risk management compliance Hold suppliers accountable to contractual requirements and third party risk management requirements.
Includes BCP review and testing, insurance compliance, security reviews and associated quarterly TPRM processes.
Supplier relationship and performance management Manage the day-to-day oversight of supplier relationships within defined labor categories.
Address performance issues as needed supporting business unit leadership.
Via quarterly scorecards monitor and manage supplier quality and delivery.
Professional services subject matter expert Act as a subject matter expert relative to professional services solutions and staffing models.
Includes knowledge of various labor categories, their ideal uses, compliance concerns relative to non-employee labor and knowledge regarding leading suppliers, and standard market terms and conditions.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in General Business, Finance, Procurement or other related areas
6+ years of experience in Procurement (professional services or consulting background), Project management, or relationship management.
Excellent oral and written communicating including frequent interaction with Executive level stakeholders
Familiarity with corporate finance roles/responsibilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
MBA preferred
Familiarity with VMS tools

Working with the businesses, you and your team will drive sustainable top and bottom-line growth through supplier innovation, best-in-class margin and cash management, and highly efficient source-to-pay processes Top Accountabilities The role of Local Procurement Representative covers the tactical and transactional aspects of local procurement Key Responsibilities * Supports spend area strategic sourcing initiatives by providing input on local specifics * Clarification of specifications through working with operations, engineering, RDQ * Provides local market insights (e.g. supply base, local requirements) * Provide input on local spend situation and category practices * Identify with stakeholders any local legal requirements that implicate an adaptation of the * contract * Support local supplier qualification assessment * Support the development of the contract implementation plan * NOTE: No sourcing activity should be undertaken unless needed to support the completion of * purchasing requests/spot buy requirements * Conducts local contract implementation tasks between spend area managers and local users: * Coordinates and participates in the execution of the implementation plan. * Participates in the contract implementation according to the plan. Lead the phase out of the old contracts and procedures * Promotes the use of global/regional contracts. * Local spot buying * Handling of low value, local purchase requisitions that do not justify a thorough spot buy execution in the RPC due to limited savings potential * Raise/provide SME on local tax and legal requirements * Bring local requirements to Global team * Primary interface with local business/Integrated Supply Chain & other functions to align business strategy with procurement requirements * Build up solid information sharing and collaboration routines with local Supply Managers to facilitate effective cross-functional interactions for direct materials * Provides support for specific projects (e.g. Supply Chain Reinvention) Key Work Relationships * Reports to Manager Procurement in region * Receives demand from RPC spot buyer for lowvalue/ local spot buys * Works with Global/Regional Spend Area Leads/Managers to implement contracts locally and provide local specifics on demand/requirements Requirements 2 - 5 years of Procurement experience, ideally including experience with supplier management Experience directly sourcing in various categories (raw materials, parts & supplies, corporate services, marketing, etc) Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
