We are looking for an Influencer with excellent analytical and data skills. The Procurement Process Analyst, located in our Atlanta corporate office, will be responsible for managing global processes, recommend/implement best practices for ERP system(SAP), help ensure functional compliance and create/implement global reporting for the procurement function.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Delivery, refining and standardization of existing reports for the global purchasing function and reporting systems and implementation of new reports
Act as Super User in BI and Power BI for the global purchasing function. Develop and design reporting in systems as business needs dictate
Assure accuracy of vendor and purchasing master data and drive improvements
Identify process improvements, standardization and executing optimization projects with the P2P process
Coordinating, reporting and supporting all e-sourcing and contract management activity globally at CP Kelco, as directed by the Director, Global Purchasing
Liaise with Ariba for support, training and strategic guidance on all Ariba applications at CP Kelco as needed. Proactively understand user experiences to lead improvements
A Bachelor's degree in Supply chain/Logistics, IT or other relevant role.
5 years of ERP (e.g. SAP) experience in the areas of Supply Chain applications.
Good understanding of advanced reporting systems and capabilities. Experienced with development and management of processes.
Excellent IT understanding (SAP, Microsoft-Excel)
e-Sourcing experience an advantage but not mandatory
Experience in purchasing environment with negotiation skills
