This person will be responsible for learning the two technology platforms, iBuy and MobileXpense, to act as a key administrator to the business. They will be responsible to learn how the product is being used by compiling the information, organizing the data, and providing key insights and suggestions on processes. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining training material, training for new associates, as well as follow-up support for the entire organization.
Main point of contact for all items related to the administration of iBuy and MobileXpense systems
Support the data entry of requisitions into the iBuy system
Administration of the iBuy system including but not limited to trainings, vendor set-up, iBuy approval, matrix updates, and compliance
Work with Finance and Supply Chain to ensure system accuracy
Administration of the MobileXpense system including but not limited to trainings, reporting, and managing the relationship with third-party auditors
Work closely with the Indirect Spend Manager on utilizing data from the tools to drive behavior changes that can provide cost savings and efficiency gains
Focus on continuous improvement with how the tools are utilized within Mammotome to ensure ease of use by our associates, and compliance with policy
May be asked to occasionally compare current tools to other available options and suggest enhancements or improvements
Work directly with vendors and system experts within Danaher to resolve systems issues that are affecting the user experience, data collection, or compliance
Serve as the global point-of-contact for issue resolution and managing exceptions to the policy
Other procurement and administrative projects as assigned
Outgoing personality; enjoys interacting with others via phone and in person
Strong technical skills in system administration
Ability to learn new concepts quickly across functional groups
Ability to quickly come up-to-speed on new technology
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to gain followership and drive results

2-3 years' work experience in a corporate environment or recent college graduates with experience via internships in a corporate environment
Experience in developing basic training programs and facilitation of those programs
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience managing systems, including approval hierarchies
Experience in managing projects
Experience working with iBuy, MobileXpense, and Concur
