Job Description Job Description Our client, a global Software company based in TX is seeking a Procurement Analyst on a 100% Remote basis. Contract (W2 Non-Exempt) Pay: $35-$40/hr.

DOE 100% Remote Duties : Purchasing support of Client field marketing team which includes procuring goods and services for: sponsorships, trade shows, consulting services, subscription and license-based software, event logistics vendors, hotel and catering contracts. Review and negotiate contracts and work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to procure services and goods. Work in PR system to ensure PO setup accuracy, track and manage PR's through the purchasing cycle which may include New vendor on-boarding, legal review, strategic sourcing involvement.

Work closely with finance organization. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and become key contact for internal business owners to procure goods and input PR's in a timely fashion. Support Lead Sr.

Buyers with purchase requests. Support of other departments within Client, as required. Develop Scopes of Work and Contract Service Agreements, when possible, for vendor compliance to Client Terms & Conditions.

Work in a collaborative team environment to support Client procurement process. Manage and work with key vendors for long-term contracting, pricing & SLA’s. Project manage new vendor on-boarding process.

Coordinate cross-department tasks to push purchase requests in a timely manner. Ensure PO’s are compliant with Client procedures & policies. Manage contracts and documentation to support purchase requests.

Route contracts for signatures. Educate and train end users on procurement process. Run detailed monthly reports for business owners.

Special projects as they occur. Process improvement change management. Education : University Degree preferred.
