We are always looking for highly motivated individuals who want to refine their skills as well as grow their careers to join our team We are currently seeking an experienced Procurement Analyst to join our team to support our operational partners.

As Procurement Analyst, with limited guidance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies to optimize procurement processes, drive cost savings, and enhance vendor relationships within specific spend categories. You will play a crucial role in identifying market trends, evaluating vendor performance, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet business objectives. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple categories across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Category Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Conduct market research, analyze category spend, and identify opportunities for consolidation, standardization, and cost optimization. Vendor Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors within assigned categories. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, drive continuous improvement, and mitigate risks.

Contract Negotiation: Support contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions. Ensure contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements while maximizing value for the organization.

Sourcing and Procurement: Support sourcing initiatives, including vendor selection, bid evaluation, and contract award processes. Identify potential vendors, conduct vendor evaluations, and recommend sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and quality objectives.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance issues and drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to align category strategies with business requirements. Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate communication and resolve issues. Risk Management:

Assess and mitigate risks associated with category management, including supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, and vendor instability. Develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply and minimize business impact. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 5 years of experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing roles, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong understanding of procurement best practices, market dynamics, and vendor management principles. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing category strategies to drive cost savings and improve operational efficiency. Excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SAGE) for spend analysis. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
