Core Responsibilities:
As a Management Analyst I in the Division of Contract Management, you will:
Assist to maintain and analyze data related to the RFP schedules
Perform RFP coordination for all DHHS RFPs
Respond to Freedom of Access Act requests on behalf of DCM
Assist with contract administration duties which include coordinating the tracking and approval of service agreements
Provide light administrative support for DCM, as needed
Manage the internal DCM website
Track various initiatives
This position will interact with program management, the State Division of Purchases' staff, and external vendors on a regular basis. The successful candidate must have strong communication skills and be organized. The Division of Contract Management is a support unit with a team atmosphere that experiences peak, high-paced periods throughout the year. You may also be responsible for assisting the team on contracts and other procurement related tasks as needed within the Division of Contract Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
In order to qualify, you must have six (6) years of education, training, and/or experience analyzing, evaluating, and/or developing improvements to organizational and/or managerial systems, programs, and practices.
The background of well-qualified candidates will demonstrate the following
competencies:
1.Experience in the development and oversight of contracts and RFPs.
2.A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
and Word.
3.Experience providing high quality customer service effectively to both internal and
external customers.

The DHHS Division of Contract Management (DCM) provides financial and programmatic accountability for 1,500+ DHHS contracts. This position is located in Augusta. DCM coordinates the preparation of contracts and RFPs (Request for Proposals) for DHHS and ensures compliance to all State statutes, executive orders, and rules.
