Summary:
The Procure to Pay Specialist is a member of our Global Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. This role is critical to ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement processes, from initial procurement to final payment, aligning with our strategic objectives to enhance operational excellence and cost optimization. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in managing and executing the procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to specifications and quality standards, and optimizing cash flow while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Job Details:
Administer the complete procure-to-pay process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Conduct thorough analysis and complete reconciliation of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with the Procurement, Category Management, Inventory Control, and Finance & Accounting teams to ensure seamless procurement operations to ensure suppliers are being paid correctly and in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit purposes and supplier performance evaluations
Implement process improvements to the current procure-to-pay cycle to increase efficiency and effectiveness and develop documentation for the procure-to-pay process
Partner with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply issues
Prepare and present reports on procurement metrics, including but not limited to cycle times, cost savings, and supplier performance
Participate in strategic projects aimed at enhancing global logistics, inventory control, and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Procure to Pay role, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry
Solid knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures
Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across levels and functions
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, to work successfully with peers, other departments, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel capabilities
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Commitment to ethical practices and adherence to safety standards
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support international teams
