Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interviews

  • Responsible for training new employees

  • Field all questions from Processors

  • Tracking & Reporting

  • Approve time-cards

  • Assist with annual reviews and goal setting for team

  • Monitor Search/ Tax Cert ETA's - address delays

  • Work with team and admin to enhance software and process

  • Vet/test new Search &Tax cert vendors

  • Oversee the Opinion Letter Requirements/process with attorneys

  • Work with QC Team to ensure accuracy and quality of title commitments

  • Ensure company stays within SLA of 2 day turn time

  • Facilitates review, correction if needed, and delivery of completed title packages

  • Remedy title issues

  • Monitoring and responding to questions/information at Search email addresses.

  • Understand and comply with UW's and state's regulatory requirement for curative matters.

  • Timely and accurate sending of recordings to proper counties for recording

  • Ability to detect errors and create a preventive mechanism prior to sending title package to lender

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
  • Title/mortgage or financial company experience a plus

  • 4 year college degree preferred

  • Excellent oral communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customers

  • Detail oriented

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer service

  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

  • Knowledge of basic computer programs to include Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and Microsoft Outlook

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

  • Ability to maintain reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

  • Must be able to sit, stand, stoop or bend for an extended period (8 hours).

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 5 lbs.

  • Must be able to listen and speak clearly on telephone.

This role will supervise and support a Team of 7-10 Processors. Additionally, they will facilitate all loans through the manufacturing process. Principal Duties * Direct oversight to a Team of processors * Works directly with Processing Manager to improve efficiency, enhance quality and influence production. Utilizes reporting to foster this environment * Trains and mentors new Team members * Manages an active loan pipeline by ensuring all key performance indicators are met * Ensures all Processing conditions are satisfied in a timely fashion * Adheres to established service level agreements * Supports Sales, Closing & Funding * Provides feedback loop to Sales partners * Active communication with consumers, Title Companies & other internal Departments * Manages the staff, plans responsibilities, directs activities, and utilizes staff resources effectively, including modifying staff levels (e.g. hiring/terminating) to meet department goals * Monitor employee productivity, provide constructive feedback & coaching, and conduct annual performance reviews * Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor Education and Experience Requirements * High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred * 3+ years of Processing experience * 1+ years of supervisory experience Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements * Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures * Solid understanding of the economics related to the origination, sale, and servicing of residential mortgage loans * Ability to analyze and interpret financial data * Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Must be detail oriented, task driven & work well with people * Requires excellent verbal/written communication * Robust ability to manage multiple tasks LI-EM1 New Penn Financial Fort Washington PA
