Requirements

• Organize and lead a crew of production employees.

• Train crew members and confirm proper procedures are being used at all times

• Coordinate production startup, shutdown, and shift changeover hand offs in compliance with plant procedures.

• Operate within Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), Standard Work Practices (SWP's), and Job Safety standards.

• Operate fork trucks, yard spotter truck, and other processing equipment efficiently and safely. Provide minor maintenance as needed.

• Ensure a clean and safe work area is maintained at all times

• Assist in process improvement.
