Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient production of mustard and ketchup products. Duties include safely pulling samples, operating pumps to move product, coordinating system cleaning, loading/unloading trucks and railcars, and training others on processing equipment. Additionally, directing processors in daily operations and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Properly and safely pull samples.

• Pump product to totes, move products to cookers and enable and disable lines.

• Produce mustard and ketchup efficiently.

• Coordinate system cleaning.

• Load and unload trucks and railcars.

• Train others on processing equipment at company standards.

• Direct processors in area.

• Lead continuous improvement projects.

What We Are Looking For: Characteristics, skills, experience, education and performance history needed for success in the position:

• High school diploma or equivalent required (GED)

• Must be detail orientated.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Team-oriented, collaborative, and flexible

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work and thrive under time constraints and juggle/prioritize responsibilities.
