PharmaCann, Inc. owns and operates best-in-class production facilities and retail dispensaries for cannabis-based products. We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. Purpose:

The Processing Analytics Supervisor position is responsible for a variety of duties on the Processing Analytics Team and will need to assist the Grow team when necessary. The focus of the Processing Analytics Supervisor role is to provide technical leadership to team members, ensure that daily tasks are completed in a timely manner, and that projects meet the team's quality standards. This includes all Processing Analytics operations in multiple states. In addition, the Processing Analytics Supervisor is responsible for verifying the accuracy of data entered by the Data Technicians/Specialists on the team and will be assigned various reporting duties as needed. This position requires a high attention to detail and an intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel. The position provides regular and timely communication with Analytics, Production, Processing, Distribution, Supply Chain, Retail, Wholesale and Facility Management, as well as team members within those departments. The Processing Analytics Supervisor is expected to operate under the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.

Essential Duties

Data Entry and Systems

  • The Processing Analytics Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that the Processing Analytics team has correctly entered data across all data systems (Google sheets, Smartsheets, METRC, Biotrack & NAV).

  • The Processing Analytics Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in training newer employees, including the specialists on the team.

  • Assist members of the team in creating and maintaining any spreadsheets used across the facility.

  • Review & post daily updates to NAV.

  • The Processing Analytics Supervisor is responsible for helping implement and roll out new processes to satellite facilities. Furthermore, the supervisor will also be responsible for assisting in any changes to processes.

Auditing

  • The Processing Analytics Supervisor will be responsible for verifying data produced by the Processing Production & Processing Analytics teams.

Reporting

  • Run/Approve reports in METRC, Biotrack, Google sheets, Domo and NAV in relation but not limited to Processing Production, Yields & Inventory.

  • Ensuring that reports used by other members of the team have been verified and contain the correct & necessary details (Domo).

  • Search internal systems on a wide range of data including but not limited to: trim, hash, edibles, topicals, packages, labor statistics, testing results, etc.

  • Accurately compile and scrub data to report on a wide range of activities in multiple departments as assigned.

  • Perform or Review weekly recommendations for production and distribution.

  • Review and approve trim/hash oil/distillate transfers and transfers to our Wholesale Department.

  • Managing current SOPs and updating them in a timely manner.

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

  • Ensure that workflow and work procedures are documented and that appropriate controls and audits are in place to ensure data and processing integrity.

Other Duties

  • Coverage in other areas of Analytics and other states.

  • Occasional coverage/assistance for data entry.

  • Creation of METRC manifests and transfers as needed.

  • Assist the manager of the department with any training, coaching, and disciplinary actions taken in the department. Be prepared to communicate, document and report towards employee performance, behavior and attendance.

  • Ensure productive communication between team members, as well as departments, to help promote team effectiveness and operative flow.

  • Assess, communicate and ensure priorities are completed each day/week/month/quarter.

  • Help resolve issues whether specific to Processing Analytics or interdepartmental.

Supervision

  • Works under the direct supervision of the Manager of Processing Analytics, and also takes direction from the Manager of Cultivation Analytics, as required

  • This person will be responsible for supervising the Data Techs, as well as the Data Specialists on the Processing Analytics Team.

  • The Processing Analytics Supervisor is responsible for assisting in disciplinary actions that need to be taken within the team. This will include things such as verbals, write ups, etc.

  • The Processing Analytics Supervisor is not responsible for, but will help provide feedback & guidance for other departments based on the needs of the Analytics team

Job Qualifications Work Experience

  • Two+ years of data entry experience required.

  • Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel required.

  • One year of experience working in METRC is preferred.

  • One to two years of experience working within NAV or similar inventory tracking systems is preferred.

  • Data analysis experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of inventory management and adherence to FIFO.

  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws relating to key areas of responsibility.

  • Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the regulatory authorities in states within the region.

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Able to use a computer for extended periods of time.

  • Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, warehouse, or retail environment.

  • Able to maintain working from an 'out of office' work environment.

  • Able to perform general office managerial and administrative activities.

  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.

  • Regular and on-time attendance.

  • Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week.

  • Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
