Performing routine and preventive maintenance on Injection Molding Machinery, gearboxes, pumps, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. 2. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, utilizing your deep understanding of Manufacturing Methods and Procedures. 3. Working closely with the production team to install, maintain, and repair industrial robotics and extruder machinery. 4.

Identifying, documenting, and communicating technical issues, proposing solutions to improve process efficiency and equipment performance. 5. Assisting in the training of other technicians and operators to enhance team knowledge and performance. 6. Adhering to all safety standards and protocols, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. 7.

Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing your expertise in Plastics Manufacturing. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Process Technician in the Manufacturing industry. 2.

Proven experience with mechanical maintenance, including the repair of mechanical systems, gearboxes, and pumps. 3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Injection Molding Machinery and preventive maintenance. 4. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. 5.

Solid understanding of Manufacturing Methods and Procedures. 6. Experience with Industrial Robotics and Extruder repair. 7. Familiarity with plastic manufacturing is a plus. 8.
