Process Technician

Join a leading global manufacturer with over 65 years of expertise. Our client, a Top Ten manufacturer serving well known healthcare, automotive, and industrial OEMs, is seeking a skilled Process Technician for their manufacturing plant in central Vermont. This role offers an attractive hourly rate of $24 - $35 (depending on experience), comprehensive benefits, and a retirement program.

Job Responsibilities:
• Uphold Quality Management System and GMP standards during assigned shifts
• Perform startup, in-process, and shutdown activities
• Ensure regulatory compliance at all times
• Implement 5S and Process Audit programs
• Manage part containment and scrap tracking
• Handle materials and complete maintenance requests
• Execute mold sets and pulls
• Perform line clearance activities per corporate methods
• Verify process, robotic, and cycle time during start-up
• Complete in-process mold PMs as prescribed
• Initiate work orders for equipment repairs

Job Requirements:
• 2+ years experience as a Process Technician
• Proven experience in plastic injection molding processes
• Familiarity with QAR/CP and Process Binder procedures
• Proficiency in 5S and Process audits
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3-4 days per week, including overtime)
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

-6PMD Shift: Thurs-Sat and every other Wed 6PM-6AM
