This is a 2nd shift engineering position.

Understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials.
Wafer fab experience or knowledge of semiconductor processing in Litho ,Etch modules .
Problem solving in a high-volume production facility.
Ability to rapidly learn new skills and easily adapt to change.
Familiarity with SPC and statistical data analysis of DOEs using Excel or Jump is preferred.
Description of Job:
Sustain the areas of plasma etch and photo, to meet production goals and maintain quality by reviewing and dispositioning aberrant lots, addressing equipment issues, and providing manufacturing support in a semiconductor cleanroom.
Monitor the health of the production line by reviewing and responding to process trends using SPC.
Determine root cause of process issues and make improvements.
Improve yield and quality of the product by running experiments and analyzing data.
Identify opportunities and improve efficiencies to reduce energy and material usage, reduce utility consumption and waste, and reduce manufacturing cost.
Write and edit specifications/procedures and train peers.
Swing shift is 300PM12:00 AM Monday through Friday. Candidates must be able to work any shift as required by business need.
Preferred Education: 4 year degree in Material Science , Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry etc.
