Provide Quality Assurance support and guidance to product development projects especially projects hosted in US.
Use Quality Plans to assist projects in following established processes.
Provide extra assistance as each project approaches stage gates.
Champion selected process areas and their benefits to the projects and the organization as a whole.
Assist in maintenance of Process Descriptions.
Identify potential process improvement areas.
Identify training requirements and assist in training on processes and tools.
Facilitate workshops e.g. in Risk Assessment, Quality Assurance planning, D-FMEA, and Project Evaluation.
Assist in the development of new processes and tools that will improve the way we develop new products in the future.
