We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Oversight and Improvement Team (POIT) Member to join our team. As a trusted POI Tem Member, you will be responsible for instantiating the Monitoring RMM (Resilience Management Model) processes along with instantiating identified recommendations within the area.
The resource will work closely with the client Manager, Threat Operations, Threat Intelligence Unit, Derek Christensen and the current program team. The candidate will be a Cyber Business Analyst (not intel analysts) with a cyber background. The POI Team Member will provide input to and develop, write, edit and submit documentation in support of the program deliverables. The POI Team Member will work closely with the program team and program managers as well as interfacing with CISO and CIO stakeholders as needed.
5-9 years' experience working as an RMM analyst monitoring processes for an information technology, information assurance, or information management program.
One or more of the following certifications are required
o CompTIA Security+ CE
o RMM certification
o Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Essentials Certification (GSEC),
o ISC2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
o Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Security
The Candidate will hold strong skills in business analytics, written and verbal communication, collaboration, cyber and business processes.
All candidates must be a US Citizen, or have a permanent residence status (Green Card)
Monitoring and measurement and analysis discipline
Lean management and knowledge of RMM
Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical specialty such as cyber security, computer science, management information systems or related IT field (Master's Degree Preferred)
