You control the process of turning raw material into finished goods. With attention to safety, you start up and shut down the production line as well as maximize efficiency while it is running. You spend a great deal of time monitoring the control panels and operating loaders at the plant. Occasionally, you need to verify that equipment is properly locked out for repairs and perform some preventative maintenance duties such as lubricating machinery. You may also be needed to help the team clean out our mitigation systems or other processing equipment as part of our weekly cleaning schedule. You feel good about keeping production moving efficiently while ensuring the safety of our plant and our people!MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENTRY-LEVEL NIGHT OPERATOR*

Must be at least 18 years of age. * Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience is preferred. * Mechanical abilities a big plus.Knowledge about manufacturing plant processes and equipment are preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration!
