Leads Transition Services projects and document processing by consulting with business partners; validating data across multiple systems; identifying transactions that impact project information and financials; completing complex research; reconciling project data; reviewing and researching data to identify and resolve transaction discrepancies; conducting complex root cause analysis and research to identify and resolve causes for issues presented by customers or control procedures; coordinating documentation retrievals for compliance and audit requests; submitting reconciliations, reporting, and flux data for project reviews; and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to understand project entries, gather information, and validate data and reconciliations.
Manages project and team support by training business partners and team members; managing Transition Services projects involving advanced research and review of data; researching impact of process changes and communicates changes to leadership; ensuring adherence with business process controls; analyzing data to establish timeline cutoffs; facilitating validation of project data; consulting with and educating business partners on best practices to drive associate experience and compliance across the business; and supporting special projects involving research and review of data.
Manages project estimates and payout accounts by reviewing transactional activity for appropriate account classification; reconciling account balances; calculating and posting accruals; and working with support teams to ensure compliance.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
