Job Description Summary
To eliminate process losses on equipment or areas and drive standards and problem solving
Job Description
To identify, prioritize and eliminate losses associated with their line
To build the process capability & control. (Owns IPS, UPS, data analytics)
To provide feedback to design and lead smart standardization deployment.
Coaches line operating teams on the technical understanding of the process
To define the equipment standards for their line and collaborate with other team members.
To lead the change management & validation processes for their line
To lead and build the capability of process failures technical troubleshooting.
Collaborate with Line Leaders and Equipment Owners to develop new standards.
Owns the CL's, RCO and DMS
Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters.
Use this data to identify losses.
Prioritize and communicate improvement opportunities.
Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through making process or work system changes.
Participate in the daily direction-setting process - report results, flag issues and request resources.
Standardize equipment and work processes. Own the change management system for a designated process. Update process control strategies and operating procedures as changes occur.
Share and reapply learning across processes, modules, and plants.
Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes.
Develop him/ herself through participating in corporate and external training.
Take part on planned stops and RCO's flowing to the line as needed.

Become a technical expert for a designated process.
Qualify on all basic operating roles.
Coach and collaborate with the line teams and site and regional equipment or process owners

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 3-5 years related experience in Manufacturing preferred.
Experience in statistical data analysis and lean manufacturing principles
Leadership skills to work as a mentor to peers and subordinates.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of proficiency working with Excel

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $67,480.00 - $101,200.00
