Summary of Roler:

GLOBALFOUNDRIES Fab 8 is seeking new college graduate professionals to support the state of the art 300mm semiconductor manufacturing and development in Malta, New York. The core responsibilities of this team is managing and enabling all aspects of customer programs including Multi Project Wafer (MPW) from the initial design win to the final delivery including process and product qualification, test, assembly, yield enhancement and ramp to production. This position will be responsible for ensuring that the customer programs are being managed and executed accurately and in a timely manner to provide excellent customer services and achieve customer satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead a cross-functional team to execute customer's product and deliver functional silicon that meets the customer's requirements.

  • Manage all aspects of New Product Introduction (NPI) which includes silicon processing, device centering, yield step-ups, SORT execution, product qualifications, excursion management and post fab services.

  • Post New Product Introduction (NPI), manages all aspects of ramping product into production.

  • Address all customer requests, meetings, constantly improving customer satisfaction effectively and timely.

  • Communicate project status to management on a regular basis.

  • Build strong relationships with customer technical teams and establish a channel for effective communication.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

  • Certified ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations)

Required Qualifications:

  • Education
  • Graduating with Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field from an accredited degree program.
  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.

  • Language Fluency

  • English (Written & Verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience.

  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

  • Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong planning & organizational skills.

  • Professional experience in a customer-facing role.

  • Proactive, Systematic, Organized and Discerning.

Expected Salary Range

$52,500.00 - $107,000.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
