Job Description:


This position utilizes process improvement methodologies and other analytics to improve processes and procedures within the DC. Under the guidance of the GM or other DC management, pursues improved operational effectiveness through the refinement of existing procedures or business processes. Provides analysis and interpretation of report data generated from Penske, WFM, InfoLink, and other key systems.

1.Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists teammates in solving work problems.
2.Monitors and maintains system data and information in systems including, but not limited to, MED, Xata and SmartSolve. Analyze reports for root cause analysis and route optimization.
3.Develops runs and interprets reports from Info Link or iWarehouse on a periodic basis to monitor MHE utilization and cost reduction opportunities.
4.Provides root cause analysis for leadership team
5.Develops reports and posts results for teammate rankings
6.Analyzes business problems and procedures to identify and assess possible alternative solutions
7.Works with leadership team to develop project plans; assists with the execution of the plan; and monitors progress according to the plan.
8.Assists in assessing training needs, designing appropriate training programs, and delivering training.
9.Supports the training of supervisors and managers on utilization of the dashboard and reporting tools.
10. Clearly documents processes, procedures, and end-user responsibilities for a variety of distribution center operations.

  • Four year undergraduate degree required.

  • Experience in a warehouse/production environment is preferred.

  • Lean, Six Sigma or TPS training preferred


  • General PC knowledge with an ability to use spreadsheet, word processing and graphics presentation software.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to translate technical information to non-technical users.

  • Very strong organization and planning skills.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated skill in evaluating reports, identifying issues, noting trends, and reporting to management.

  • Proven ability to learn new technical tools quickly.

  • Ability to implement a methodology and establish a process for continual refinement of the methodology.

  • Ability to incorporate methodology into an effective project work plan, customizing where required based on unique characteristics of each project.

Perceiving the nature of sounds. Hearing is important for those activities which require ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make fine discriminations in sound, such as when making fine adjustments on running engines.

Position: Clinical Process Specialist – RN – Home Health Reports To: Vice President of Quality Territory covered includes CA/OH/NY with up to 75% travel Job Description/Requirements: As a Clinical Improvement Nurse you will: * Be responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and implementing quality nursing management and care delivery to ensures compliance with state, federal and accreditation standards for assigned agencies. This position promotes commitment to the corporate and subsidiary standards, policies, and procedures. The position assists in the monitoring of clinical processes and the establishment of procedures to reduce identified problem areas; in clinical standardization for effective and appropriate reimbursement practices for AccentCare Home with corporate staff, agency personnel and reimbursement personnel to assure consistent performance of practice across the division as well as advise or recommend solutions for improvement, using knowledge of theory, principles or technology. * Assist agencies in developing and maintaining standardized procedures that provide for an independent, impartial, and objective system of surveys, clinical audits, and reviews for use by Operations and AccentCare managers by identifying strengths and weaknesses and recommending procedures, data collection tools, and reporting and follow-up processes for surveys and reviews; determine the best metrics for evaluating success; and assist agencies in developing quality plans to facilitate change and compliance with company and accreditation standards as well as state and federal regulations. * Ensure quality standards are met by instructing and directing staff in developing and using QI data, collection procedures, analysis methods, and systems; identify corporate resources and support for agency staff; develop clinical programs and training material; instruct agency personnel on compliance standards and best practices in the generation of appropriate, accurate, and thorough documentation of patient care; and create training programs, materials, and implementation schedule to meet agency goals. * Develop and implement clinical and business management systems to promote adherence to applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures as well as interdisciplinary approach to holistic care. * Monitor OBQ/OBQM status of agencies as reported in CMS/SHP postings and implement strategies for performance improvement; recommend new or improved organizational systems with a quality improvement approach. Requirements of Qualified Candidates: * Minimum 5 years of health care experience * Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience that includes quality measures or audit functions.
