Process Improvement Specialist will be responsible for leading the analysis of organizational business processes. The Process Improvement Liaison is responsible for the continual improvement of business processes, policies, technologies and information systems necessary to manage the business of IT.

The Process Improvement Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Manage and coordinate IT Service Management (ITSM) activities in all environments in conjunction with project managers, business owners and technical teams, including but not limited to: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, Release Management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Event Management.
Lead IT staff in performing core service management functions in the delivery of quality IT services to the business.
Analyze service management processes related to IT and business process controls.
Facilitate strategic planning that enhances quality IT services to the business.
Develop plans for deploying and implementing ITSM processes. Lead the development of processes based on Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL').
Ensure IT services comply with local, state and federal laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH, PCI DSS, HITRUST).
Provide management with metrics and related statistical information as a basis to improve service management strategies.
Reports to the department Manager or Director.

Bachelor's degree in IT-related field with 4 years experience, or Associates degree in IT-related field with 6 years experience, or High School Diploma or equivalent with 8 years experience. (2 years of additional experience may be substituted for non- IT degree.)
ITIL Expert preferred.
Previous experience working with HITRUST Common Security Framework (CSF).
Previous experience with Service Desk technologies (e.g., BMC Remedy, HP Service Center, Service Now, etc.).
Previous experience in IT measurement related frameworks (Six Sigma, Lean, COBIT, ISO, etc.).
ITIL v3 Foundation Certification preferred.
Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written)
