Process Improvement Lead I

Requirements: Looking for someone who is an engaging meeting facilitator.

That means being able to lead, actively listen, and easily record notes. They don't need to be a SME but must be able to actively apply what is explained in meetings to keep up in conversations. A self-starter who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.

A skilled and articulate communicator. Most recent experience needs to be Process Improvement. 5 -7 years process improvement experience Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt. Strong documentation and data analysis skills.

Bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university in Engineering, Pharmacy, IT, or related field of study. Experience with MS Office suite of tools and software, especially Visio and Project. PMP, ACP, or equivalent is a plus.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
