Process Improvement Associate - Iselin, NJ

The Process Improvement Associate is responsible for performing quality improvement studies. Essential duties to include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs data analysis.

  • Documents compliance with professional standards.

  • Recommends corrective action plans.

  • Conducts follow up studies.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 1-2 years related process improvement experience required.

  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required.

  • Tact and diplomacy required dealing with varying levels and departments.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills required.

  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills required.

  • Microsoft Access experience preferred.

  • Ability to apply clinical knowledge and interpret patient medical records data and apply to norms also required.

The CFSA will identify, profile and meet with clients via telephone to analyze and review financial goals. The CFSA will triage client leads and make referrals to appropriate internal service providers based on client needs and asset thresholds. The CFSA will be located in a Merrill Lynch complex and be a key partner for the FA team managing the Corporate/Institutional client relationship, as such, they will participate in on-going training and interaction with the Merrill Lynch Wealth Complex. The CFSA should be able to provide a single company and product view for our clients, executing referrals across banking and brokerage lines. Demonstrates proficiency with appropriate systems and routines to support sales process. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.
