The successful candidate will work in the global organization as a change agent. The individual will define and implement new agile processes and conduct ongoing training, coaching, consulting, and support for Agile. The candidate will support, maintain, and sustain global product development processes for R&D to maintain process standards. The candidate be working with all levels of the organization and this individual will support and assist in the development of progress metrics for various projects.
What We Are Looking For
3-5 years of experience in project management and execution of complex projects and processes in industrial or supply chain environments.
Agile experience is preferred.
Jira experience is preferred.
Change management experience is strongly preferred. This includes planning and driving change.
Experience training large groups on processes or methods strongly preferred.
Experience with product development processes.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate agile trainings to cross functional teams.
Ability to encompass a wide range of responsibility levels, from hands on execution to C-Suite presentation, reporting and accountability.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural, geographically distributed organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
