Job Title: Process Engineering Technician

Department: Facilities & Engineering

Location: AZ, FL, MD, PA, WV

Role Summary

As a Process Engineering Technician, you will work on a variety of tasks. Activities include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting problems, and making recommendations to drive production efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to engineers to ensure production goals are met

  • Troubleshoot problems and make recommendations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams daily to improve production efficiency

  • Develop and manage a project plan to meet departmental/corporate goals

  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

  • This position is hands-on working directly with production and maintenance teams

  • Design, Drafting, and 3D Modeling

Your Qualifications:

  • Associate degree Preferred (Preferred Major: Engineering or Technology - Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or 2-3 years experience

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing/process engineering experience

  • Familiarity with Maintenance, ERP and Office software

  • Strong problem solving/trouble shooting skills

  • Lean and/or Six Sigma training is preferred

  • CAD skills are required, REVIT preferred

Work Environment

  • Must be able to use normal office equipment (scanner, printer, copier, computer). Requires adequate hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate office equipment.

  • Must be able to talk/hear/sit for prolonged periods of time.

Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available "after hours" if an emergency situation should arise.
