The Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) located on Keysight's campus in Santa Rosa, CA exists to provide high precision mechanical solutions that enable the capabilities of Keysight's industry leading electronic measurement equipment.

This PMTC Process Engineering Manager position is responsible for managing a diverse team of process engineers supporting a variety of precision manufacturing processes including but not limited to multi-axis precision milling, turning and wire EDM. Working on microwave and mm wave applications, this team provides Design for Manufacturability consultation, facilitates prototyping, release into manufacturing and continuous improvement for ongoing production.

Responsibilities

• Manages employees responsible for design and implementation of manufacturing processes

• Manages resources to implement tactical business plans and programs/projects

• Develops, implements solutions to department issues

• Work across departments to ensure a safe workplace

• Creates short and long term personnel development strategies

• Leads cross departmental projects

• Review, analyze and approve process changes or deviations as appropriate

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or University Degree in engineering or equivalent plus directly relevant experience as a manager, supervisor and/or individual contributor.

• Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics

• Understanding of manufacturing process design, development and implementation essential

• Direct experience with continuous process improvement a must

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below.

California pay range: MIN $153,000 - Max $255,000

Note: For other locations, pay ranges will vary by region

This role is eligible for Keysight Results Bonus Program
