This role will help build and strengthen the organization, and we are looking for someone that can take on a larger role for them down the road with this growth.
The ideal candidate should have a proven background working in a manufacturing facility, helping to drive process and continuous improvement.
This role will work with Quality and Operations to help improvement process flow throughout the plant.
This role will be a critical one for the organization, and we are looking for engineers that are looking to drive and strengthen plant performance.

The successful candidate will provide both technical and functional support for software applications related to enhancing student success. Assist existing staff with supporting the student information system to facilitate integration with EAB Navigate and Ad Astra course scheduling software. Troubleshoot and resolve various issues related to software and business processes. Continuously review and improve departmental business processes. Proactively seek ways to integrate technology into college operations. Serve as system administrator for EAB Navigate software. Manage user access roles in compliance with college security policies. Provide training to end-users. Test new functionality and provide feedback. Create and distribute reports to various departments. Create annual reports to monitor metrics as requested by the Title III project director. Serve on various project teams and committees. Develop documentation including user tips, instructions, and procedures. Minimum Qualifications Ability to design, install, configure, integrate and maintain computer software systems. Experience with business process analysis and re-design. Demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting methods and procedures. Experience working with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and to work with a diverse group of individuals. Minimum AAS in Computer Information Systems or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the preceding knowledge, skills and abilities may substitute for education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Higher education work experience, project management experience, experience supporting ERP systems.
