What you can do for PSL
Work with lithography engineering to expand factory capacity by:
Developing new processes.
Qualifying new equipment.
Performing experiments, analyzing results, and making recommendations. Work directly with OEM to integrate industry standard practices at PSL. Evaluate software and hardware upgrades to improve throughput, reduce cost of ownership, or improve overall equipment capability.
Create standards for data analysis methods used in process development.
Create, maintain, and modify recipes required to process wafers.
Develop standards and procedures for recipe creation and modification.
Develop procedures for recipe backup and control.
Disposition product and equipment.
Monitor and optimize SPC charts to improve process control, drive down rework, and improve yield.
Work directly with device engineering and technology development teams to manufacture new products or improve existing processes.

What PSL needs from you
Capable of working in a cleanroom environment [fully gowned].
Working knowledge of SPC and Six-Sigma methodology.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must as this role will require in depth cooperation with multiple functions and manufacturing sections.
Skills in technical writing, computers, problem solving and organization.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field.
