Process Engineer Little Rock area
Major Little Rock area is growing again and is looking for a talented and dedicated Process Engineer to join the team.
Utilize statistical analysis, and material evaluation knowledge, to optimize cost-effectiveness of manufacturing processes and methods, in accordance with established quality standards. Develop and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls.

Troubleshoot issues with the manufacturing process and/or product utilization.
Conduct research to develop/improve process technologies that will enhance product quality and/or the efficiency of the manufacturing processes.
Design/enact quality control procedures/systems to resolve production problems and/or minimize costs
Design and direct the testing of processing procedures
Evaluate technical specifications and economic factors relating to the design objectives of processes or products
Plan and execute projects for process technology development and/or process analysis, modeling & optimization, including the implementation strategy.
Develop needed tools and techniques/ procedures for product/process assessment and analysis.
Provide process equipment specification or system specs with detail design.
Provide management with analysis of production costs as well as business and/or technical reports of process investigations, improvements and developments.
All other duties as assigned by Management.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Desired education - ABET accredited Bachelors degree in engineering or related field; with ideally 2-4 years of manufacturing/process experience preferred.
Proficient in statistical analysis and data modeling.
Experience in directly applying DOE, and statistical methods.
Analog and Digital controls literacy/understanding.
Experience in product/process design and project management.
Must be hands on and detail oriented.
Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software, particularly Inventor, AutoCAD.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task.
Ability to translate customer specifications into concrete product/ processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
Knowledge of quality practices and standards, particularly ISO 9001 and 14001.
Must now be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
