Primary responsibilities include analyzing and improving organizational processes and conducting technical research/analysis.REQUIREMENTS:
Requires fifteen (15) years of experience with Process Improvement on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
At least five (5) years experience in:
facilitation, training, methodology, development and evaluation, process engineering across all phases of acquisition identifying best practices
change management, business management techniques, organizational development, activity and data modeling, or information system development methods and practices.
Knowledge of process engineering, operational procedures, and workflows/requirements analysis.
Experience in documenting processes and process improvement.
Experience in SharePoint, Confluence, and documentation management.
Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Writing responses for government-provided high-priority data calls to create representations/characterizations of strategy alignment, resource allocations, discrepancies, gaps, and organizational accomplishments.
Conduct thorough reviews and detailed assessments of systems engineering documentation.
Define, review, propose and develop process improvements.
Oversee and guide creation, modification, and implementation of process governance and required systems engineering documentation and artifacts, reporting results to leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineerings, Business, or Education from an accredited school or university.
Four years of additional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:
Experience in gathering functional requirements.
Experience in Cybersecurity domain is a plus.
Ability to communicate with other government and contract stakeholders.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
