Process Engineer

Join a leading player in carbon and graphite products at their expanding Tennessee plant. We are hiring two Process Development Engineers to spearhead the design and launch of new production lines. This role, crucial to our success, comes with support from the Technical Manager and the production team.

Requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering (no BSIE)
• 2-3 years of process development experience, preferably with carbon fiber materials or pulp & paper manufacturing
• Experience with slurry processes
• Proven track record in developing, commissioning, and installing new process equipment
• Thermal Processing/Heat Treatment of Non-Metallic products experience is a plus
• Proficiency with manufacturing analytical tools (SPC, Design of Experiments, process capability studies)
• Strong leadership and project management skills

Benefits

Compensation: Up to $90K + 5% annual bonus, with potential for higher for exceptional candidates.
