KeyTronicEMS of Arkansas is searching for a qualified individual to fill the position of Process Engineering. This position has responsibility for supporting a printed circuit board assembly manufacturing facility. Is responsible for process development, development of visual aids and process procedures, facility layout, implementation of maintenance programs, machine programming, fixture and tooling development, and labor estimates.


A strong background in continuous improvement of quality and labor efficiency is required. The preferred candidate will have a BS in engineering with excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively lead a small group in a fast paced manufacturing environment. The applicant should have 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in electronics assembly, with hands-on knowledge of various processes and/or maintenance programs for assembly equipment.

Mentor interns of the process development department. REQUIREMENTS: Education: BS/MS Process Development Engineering or related field. Experience: 4 years total; +2 years in an advanced technical position managing cross-functional teams and Processing suppliers; Proficient with product and Processing interactions, sustainability, food protections, and package testing; Knowledgeable in Processing equipment, Processing processes and working with supply chain engineering on capital projects involving Processing solutions. Computer Skills: Requires basic computer skills. For example, generating simple letters, spreadsheets and creating simple queries. May require knowledge of Tyson Business Computer Familiarity with AutoCAD, Solid Works, Space claim, modeling software, etc. is a plus. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills required. Presentation skills required. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with crossfunctional business partners. Special Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong project management skills. Strong planning and organizational skills.
