Are you an experienced engineer in the chemical industry with global project management background, passionate in providing innovative manufacturing solutions?
In this role you'll as part of a global process and advanced manufacturing team, you'll have a strategic role by proposing and implementing innovative manufacturing solutions to improve our current products and develop new products.
You'll have an opportunity to provide engineering expertise, build best in class solutions, and have an impact at a global level -- working hand in hand on projects with supply chain and Research & Development.
You should possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in process/manufacturing engineering for complex industrial products in the chemical industry.
Work closely with the manufacturing team to support the operational activity and optimize the current manufacturing infrastructure
Develop manufacturing processes for all future products and technology
Coordinate with design, sales and operations teams to develop manufacturing processes for new products to achieve corporate Design to Value objectives
Stay abreast of new process engineering methodologies and manufacturing technologies in order to provide expertise during research/new product introduction phase and for current products
Represent supply chain and manage stage gate new product development projects
Exercise sound judgment and work under minimal supervision
Work in a global environment across multiple disciplines for effective strategic implementation
Education and/or Experience Required:
Engineering degree in chemical engineering with a minimum 10 years' experience in industrial process engineering in the chemical industry required
Masters Degree in Engineering (chemical) preferred
Mandatory successful development of manufacturing processes
Experience in project management with cross-functional/global team members
Methodologies: Six Sigma, lean, DFM/DFA, PFMEA, DOE, etc.
Fluent in English and good level of French is a plus
Availability to travel internationally 20-25%
