About the role:

The Process Engineer is responsible for providing for ownership of manufacturing processes. The position is also responsible for continuous improvements and technical support for the organization. The scope includes all activities from new product introductions to customer support.

This position is part of the Engineering department located in Ames, Iowa, and will be on-site.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and implement technologies, methods and techniques.

• Take ownership of manufacturing processes and standard work.

• Create justification and requests for capital expenditures.

• Provides direction for cross-functional resource teams.

• Promote and Coordinate the implementation of process and continuous improvement.

Are you qualified?

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in related Engineering or Technology; or equivalent work experience.

• A minimum of 1-3 years experience in related manufacturing process environment preferred.

• Project management skills.

• Mechanical aptitude.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $ 60,000.00 - $ 80,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
