Join us as our newest Process Engineer II in Environmental Operations and Utilities!

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Optimizing efficiency of wastewater treatment plant, residual solids treatment system, equipment, and process control systems to ensure environmental permit compliance.

• Leading and/or sponsoring capital projects and follow up on performance and completion.

• Driving improvements in the financial outlook of Novonesis through the use of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, schedule adherence and statistical tools to control the process.

• Supporting the Novonesis Environmental Policy and EQS

• Assuring the environmental impact of changes to processes, equipment, and laboratory materials is assessed prior to implementation.

• Driving process improvements related to wastewater treatment plant performance.

• Monitoring wastewater treatment process performance.

• Identifying new systems for improved process monitoring.

• Owning day-to-day process troubleshooting.

To succeed you must hold:

• BS/MS/PhD. in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering with (BS) 3+ / (MS) 1+ / (PhD) 0+ years related experience

• Wastewater treatment experience preferred

Expected salary range: $85,000 - $105,000
