Are you a self-motivated, confident, and passionate Process Engineer who understands why Process Engineering is so important to the success of the company?
In this role you'll working as part of dynamic team analyzing, debugging, repairing, and updating test fixtures in support of manufacturing as key contributor to the current products portfolio.
You'll have an opportunity to provide guidance and direction to contractors and staff so as to meet project schedule and financial goals while ensuring technical success.
You should possess Minimum of 5 years Electrical experience with a concentration in process equipment design and maintenance.
Develop and document assembly, test and repair processes and instructions from design to process
Review and approve Design Drawings and Documents, and Compliance Documents (including user requirements and functional specifications) for process and support equipment and systems
Independently plan, execute, and manage projects that span multiple disciplines and incorporate novel methods, techniques or approaches
Education and/or Experience Required:
B.S. in Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline desired.
7-10 years experience within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in assembly and testing of high complexity low volume products
Expertise in process engineering including process and equipment design
Experience in developing procedures from the design to process project stages
Experience and understanding of the Design, Build and Validation process
Ability to work in a team environment and to multi-task with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Results oriented and committed to quality and continuous improvement.
Ability to convince management on courses of actions using both written and verbal methods
