Process Engineer CyberArk Delivery/Operations Engineer Contract

The primary responsibilities of the successful candidate will be to deliver new capabilities, on-board new IDs, and improve the operational environment within the global CyberArk platform. Candidate will work in highly collaborative team environment to deliver privileged management capabilities for the global Technology organization using a deliverables-based approach.

Qualifications
Previous experience or knowledge of Identity and Access Management or Information Security domains.
Previous experience and good knowledge of CyberArk Privileged Access Management system
Strong operational experience with CyberArk and supporting in a global enterprise environment
Implementation of managed passwords within Unix, Database, GUI, Network, and Web-based situations
Strong experience working as System Engineer in an enterprise environment.
Good understanding of Active Directory.
Demonstrated knowledge of Windows and Linux (RHEL) server and Databases (Oracle & MS SQL).
Strong Troubleshooting skills
Programming skills with PowerShell or Python, including ability to create or edit scripts for automation/reporting and API development
Knowledge of WebServices (RESTful, SOAP, etc)
Knowledge of SSL certificates and WebServer IIS/Tomcat
Experience configuring & supporting API interfaces and creating API usage documentation
Experience with CyberArk AIM integration a plus
Experience of CyberArk CPM plug-in & PSM connector development a plus

VIEW JOBS 11/9/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-07T00:00 Description: PRIMARY FUNCTION Lead Process Engineer, will work alongside team members from the business, to understand current situation, identify drivers for improvement, analyze root causes of performance gaps, redesign end-to-end processes as part of the deployment of the lean system to a process or business area (e.g. business areas include: Merchandising, Stores, Supply Chain, and Business Support). Through their partnership, Lead Process Engineers will support an environment that reinforces continuous improvement of business processes, increases consistency, reduces guest pain points and empowers other team members to enhance the value of the service they provide to guests. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Takes a hands-on approach to ensure the diagnostic, design and implementation of Lean tools within the business is performed to high standard and consistency with Target's Operational Excellence program * Leads workstreams as part of process diagnostics and design to identify impactful opportunities for operational improvements across end to end value streams * Analytics – gather information and perform data analyses, information integrity assessment * Facilitation – lead small and large groups (junior to senior management) * Training – deliver training to all levels, as an Operational Excellence Expert * Utilizes problem solving efforts on key projects to improve quality, reduce cost and eliminate waste * Helps run working sessions with business stakeholders that drive to conclusions, agreement and outcomes * Analyzes project metrics and creates reports on process performance against project initiatives and goals to support the businesses objectives * Translates business needs into requirements, respecting a guest-centric perspective and end-to-end design vision * Coaches process teams and on the standard lean systems, tools, techniques, mindsets and behaviors * Becomes a Subject Matter Expert over the implementation of projects/initiatives in Target's Operational Excellence practices, development of frameworks, methodology design, tool suite selection, etc. * May coach senior management and client teams in the use of practice methodologies and tools * Works with the Director of Operational Excellence, develops and executes detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates resource plans, and status reports * Provides leaders with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process focused objectives * Performs other duties as assigned or required MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related degree * 5+ years of work experience in IE (Process Improvement) field * Green Belt Certified or demonstrated knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma * Advanced degree * Willing to take risks, challenge the status quo and work under ambiguous circumstances * Able to use data to influence senior leaders and defend his/her perspective * Ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex processes, synthesize data and results, and drive toward insight and solutions * Strong problem solving and analytic skills (e.g. can conduct root cause analysis, make recommendations, and track results * Strong written, oral, communication and presentation skills required (including comfort with Excel and PowerPoint) * Ability to build a strong network within Target; has the ability to leverage resources and relationships to get things done * Empathetic; ability to inspire team members and leaders to achieve results * Competent in project management; has the ability to manage tight deadlines * Passionate about leading process improvement and applying lean techniques in different environments to deliver greater value to the guest * Strong interpersonal skills (listening and communication) characterized by effective interactions with a diverse range of internal and external constituents, stakeholders, and audiences. * Strong influencing skills together with relationship building skills * Desire to learn new capabilities and enable others to do the same * Ability to influence others and manage difficult situations * Awareness of and willingness to overcome the cultural challenges in every lean project DESIRED REQUIREMENTS * Demonstrated ability to coach and train all levels of leaders * Work experience in an influential role (e.g., consultant) * Work experience in Retail industry * Familiar with challenges around driving change within an organization * Good understanding of customer centricity concepts Target Minneapolis MN
