Senior member of the team transforming the way Bank of America implements wholesale credit. This opportunity engages with team members and business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing process improvement methodologies and techniques. Works with business subject matter experts to design or redesign business processes. Integrates best practices found within the businesses while also creating new and better ways of doing work. Builds action plans to drive execution. Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. Will use influence skills to lead teams to achieve process or project objectives.
This role is part of the Wholesale Credit Strategies - the transformation team focuses on process improvement and technology initiatives. Requires ability to communicate clearly and concisely with senior leaders.
This role will be responsible for effective process analysis, design, and execution for strategic initiatives and manages the development, funding and execution of wholesale credit technology strategy. The team integrates with all wholesale credit lines of business and business partners.
This position will interact with business users as well as technology, project management, credit review, audit/compliance, legal, learning, communication partners, as well as senior executives. The ability to influence and lead diverse groups is a key factor for success in this role. The ability to plan, drive and lead teams to results is important.

Commerical credit knowledge
Knowledge of credit systems and processes
Process improvement / design and project management experience
Strong Analytical skills - minimum inetermediate Excel
Process map development and design skills (Visio)
Strong communication and power point presentation skills; able to target messaging to different audiences
Ability to navigate enterprise, research, and resource information across the bank
Ability to work independently set and manage plans, achieve results
Highly organized and able to effectively multi-task and plan/manage deliverables

Knowledge of wholesale lending environment, organizational alignment, strategic priorities
Consulting or change management experience
Black or Green Belt certified
Commercial credit lending and portfolio management experience
Familiarity with credit applications including Risk Rating Scorecard (RRSC), Global Monitoring Solution (GMS), Global Underwriting Solution (GUS), Workplace, Moody's Risk Analyst (MRA), Loan Accounting systems
