Job Description:

Engage with business partners and technology to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. Drive improvement initiatives by analyzing data to support business cases and developing execution plans to implement. Manage programs and projects to create consistent processes, documents and status updates. Works across teams to gather information, develop and refine PowerPoint decks that are polished for Executive audiences. Maintain and oversee governance routines to ensure applicable changes have necessary approvals. Ensure metric reporting is updated and created as processes change. Research and review new and changing technology within client communication channels and determine benefits. Monitor production to ensure metrics are met and identify changes to improve metrics.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

  • Agile Project Management Experience

  • Financial/Banking Industry Experience

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and PowerPoint Intermediate + skills)

  • Strong verbal & written communication skills

  • Collaborates across teams, including business management, finance, and risk/compliance partners

Manages design or redesign of processes or projects using six sigma methodologies. Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement. Builds action plans and drives execution. Applies business redesign concepts, practices and DFSS tools. May manage teams to achieve process or project objectives. Processes are within a product or service delivery within a single business unit or department and are typically directed toward improving a single business, product, or function. May be Green Belt or Black Belt certified.
