Job Summary: Coordinates the education and implementation of EMR standard work and processes. Supports EMR go-lives by providing operational readiness efforts, at the elbow support, and providing post go-live stabilization education along with communication of upgrade changes. Develops and enhances the redesign of work flows for designated departments/divisions. Acts as an EMR subject matter expert and liaison between the project team, operational, and clinical leadership. Partners with technology to construct and test new EMR workflows and system build. Education

  • Required: High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of healthcare ambulatory experience or Bachelor#s Degree in Education, Healthcare, Business Operations, or Information Services Experience

  • Required: 3 years clinical, technology, or operational experience in healthcare. Experience

  • Preferred: 4 years direct practice/operational or clinical experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Required: Ability to analyze and solve problems and work well within a team. Must have ability to focus on details and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Your role: The principal accountabilities of the Chemical Process engineering team include the development of the process design package for the construction of novel chemistry manufacturing plants including the process flow diagram, P&ID, plant layout, and equipment specifications. Collaborating with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firms during bid and project execution phases. Competently transitioning new, sustainable technologies to production building design. Empowering, motivating and engaging own team in accordance with our cultural and behavioral principles. You lead a team of chemical process engineers for Electronics globally. You also will become a member of the global management team within Semiconductor Materials Engineering. This team will provide its services among large capital projects worldwide with focus in Asia and North America In this role you are reporting to the VP Engineering, ISC Semi Position can be based in US, Germany or Korea. In the US The position is preferably located at our Allentown Site. Other Electronics Sites (Tempe, AZ; Carlsbad, CA; Branchburg, NJ) in the United States may also be considered. It can be located at another of our US Electronics sites or fully remote with periodic travel to meet with key stakeholders. Who you are: Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelors in engineering with 10+ years of demonstrated ability in the development of new chemical plant process flow & construction. * Experienced in managing interfaces between R&D, Process Development, EPCs. * Readiness for international business trips >25%. * Extensive management experience with proven track record to develop talent within a high performing team. * Sophisticated understanding of industry wide technology trends and standard methodologies. * Knowledge of international standards and guidelines. * Competence for process manufacturing workflows and logistics. * Acumen for applying digital technologies in design, construction and commissioning of process manufacturing sites. Preferred Qualifications: * Masters in engineering with 10+ years of demonstrated ability in the development of new chemical plant process flow & construction.
