Process Controller

Manage the shared inbox of general design Directing questions that come into the inbox to the correct POC Managing design intakes, ensuring the right person is on the intake that aligns with their job title Pulling reports and sharing them with the correct team memebers Managing the teams document center, shareing the documents with different franchesees when needed Communicating with Architectural Managers, Interior Designers, and PIP managers The pay range for this position is $30/hr - $40/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Experience working with Smartsheet Experience working in a client facing role Experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign Bachelors degree from a 4 year college/university Process oriented and motivated by making things work on a schedule Experience using MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) Excellent written communication with the ability to collaborate with different teams within the organization
