Job Description SUMMARY

Responsible for all greasemaking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurate recording of temperature, times, and lot numbers of raw materials and quantities on batch sheet.

• Follow all documented procedures related to manufacturing grease/oils.

• Maintain proper operation and maintenance of Stractco, kettles, mill and homogenizers.

• Quality testing on grease products (penetrations, drop points)

• Maintaina clean and orderly work area (sweeping, dusting, and mopping)

• Assist in counting physical inventory.

• Be aware of and follow all personnel protection equipment requirements.

• Must be licensed forklift truck operator.

Job Requirements EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Requires attention to detail; strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task; ability to work independently; basic computer skills with PC applications. (Excel, Word). Basic knowledge of tank capacities, piping, pumps and lube plant equipment. Knowledge of lube products and manufacturing specifications. Must work in a safe orderly manner following all Martin safety, quality assurance policies.

A high school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of (1) year of related industry experience
