The Process Automation Center of Excellence focuses on creating innovative solutions for automating and improving business processes through a variety of tools, including Automation Anywhere for Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Winshuttle for SAP, etc. The developer/analyst in this role will work closely with business teams to understand existing processes, coordinate with team architects to tweak or re-engineer processes to support automation, and to leverage software tools to achieve automation objectives assigned for each process.


  • The successful candidate will provide process automation thought leadership, day-to-day developer & analysis services, including end user support/training, capability enhancement, and project work.

  • Collaborate with business teams and process subject matter experts to create process documentation in line with technical requirements, to support normal operations, test procedures/scenarios, etc.

  • Design, develop, and deploy process automation solutions, using best-in-class coding principles with various tool platforms - within defined scope and per automation program timelines

  • Ensure appropriate change management and relevant stakeholder approvals during lifecycle of automation development and deployment

  • Design solutions to enable integration of automation tools with internal and external enterprise applications, such as SAP, CTM, Workday, etc.

  • Provide first class service to deliver timely solutions, solve day-to-day technical issues, and proactively work to improve overall environment stability & ease of support


  • Bachelor's degree in CS (Computer Science), MIS (Management Information Systems), or related field.

  • 4 years of professional IT experience.

  • Experience with programming in VB, C#, and .NET is required. Experience with programming in Java, HTML, or software automation tools a plus.

  • Working knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.)

  • Analyst experience preferred (business, systems, process, etc.) this role requires a strong mix of technical and functional skills.

  • High initiative with strong desire to learn new concepts, processes and technologies.

  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage tasks, delegate, and follow through.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).

  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business and design technical solutions.
