What You Will Be Doing:As a Process Analyst you will be expected to use your exceptional analytical skills to support company projects and initiatives, focusing on analysis and interpretation of available data and the application of best practices in process design. You will partner with Quality Assurance, business, operational and technical areas of the company in support of initiatives closely aligned with PRA corporate objectives.Key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Acting as liaison between the department and internal customers, providing consultation on good process design and standards for controlling documentation, and ensuring that other ongoing PRA initiatives, with similarities, constraints, and/or dependencies, are considered.

  • Performing analysis of process documentation and training materials, supporting process owners, business unit leaders, department management, and Quality Assurance.

  • Preparing and editing business support documentation including, but not limited to, process flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), assessments, work instructions, reference materials, templates, training/communication materials, and meeting minutes.

  • Supporting the on-going maintenance and health of the Quality Management System.

  • Managing project assignments to required timelines and quality standards.

  • Upholding department values and expected behaviors

What Do You Need to Have:To be considered for this opening, we are seeking a candidate with:

  • Experience working for a CRO or Pharma

  • 5 years experience in process management, operational analysis or related area

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in business or analytical field Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization including senior executive level

  • Good knowledge of process management and quality management tools and techniques

  • Good understanding of the company's industry

  • Advanced skill in using pertinent software applications including flowchart software

  • Effective project management skills; ability to delegate effectively

  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, managers and internal customers

VIEW JOBS 1/17/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-17T00:00 Visual Soft, Inc is seeking qualified individual with an active TS/SCI clearance for the following position to work on its upcoming sub contract in Charlottesville, VA<br /> <br /> <strong>Job Title</strong>: Intelligence Analyst<br /> <strong>Clearance required</strong>: ***<strong>Active Top Secret with SCI - mandatory requirement***</strong><br /> <strong>Job location</strong>: NGIC in Charlottesville, VA<br /> <strong>Duration</strong>: long term<br /> <strong>Salary</strong>: Market - with standard benefits, based on education, qualifications and experience<br /> <strong>Job description</strong>:<br />  As part of the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC), the Intelligence Analyst performs data entry, processing, retrieval, and analysis of data regarding threat attacks on armored vehicles and friendly forces in support of current and future US Army operations.  Analyze threat capabilities, threat weapons, and enemy tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP).  Research open source and classified databases.  Perform basic trend and pattern analysis and identify significant intelligence trends.  Draft analytic products and assessments.  Have experience providing written and oral reports and briefings to DoD and other government agencies.  Retrieve and analyze data in order to answer Requests for Information (RFI) from a broad range of customers, using a variety of analytic tools such as MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint.  Perform daily data entry and processing.  Screen data sources and identify significant and relevant information for further processing.  Based on multiple sources, analyze and assess details of incidents.  Input battle damage data within 72 hours of receipt.  Search for and identify additional relevant and critical information from multiple data sources and web searches.  Search multiple government classified networks for incident report data.  Cross-reference reporting using data retrieval tools such as WebTAS, Pathfinder, and InteLink. <br /> Performs other duties as assigned.<br /> Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools required.  Working knowledge of DoD automated intelligence systems such as JWICS and SIPRnet is a plus.  Must have good writing and organizational skills. Previous military and/or deployment experience is desired, particularly with background in EOD, counter-IED, armor or ordinance.<br /> <br /> <strong>Qualifications </strong>– Bachelor's degree with three (2) years technical project experience OR<br />  (6+) six plus years of equivalent practical analytic experience.  Periodic travel within CONUS is required for the purpose of supporting training and participating in meetings and working groups. Potential for travel to OCONUS locations, to include short-duration visits to conflict zones.<br />  <br /> <strong>Preferable Experience </strong>– U.S. military experience is beneficial. Must be capable of extracting raw data and<br /> transforming it via analytic tools. Must be capable of performing analysis of data, identifying trends and<br /> drawing draft analytic conclusions from the raw and processed data. Must have demonstrated capability at<br /> producing analytic assessments.
